Service Hours

What can we do for you?

  • We talk to professors and/or university committees on your behalf and pass on your concerns (anonymously if you wish)
  • We have memory transcripts of (oral) exams for you!
  • If you’re thinking about studying math/physics/data science, please drop by! We can tell you from our own experience what it’s like to start such a course.
  • You can contact us with any questions you may have. If we don’t know the answer, at least we know who can help you.

When is it?

Information about the times can be found in the sidebar of our website (or for the mobile view at the bottom of the page) and on the windows of our FSI rooms.

As we still need to do some planning regarding our availability between lecture periods and lecture-free periods, there may sometimes be gaps where outdated information is still available. So please bear with us, as we usually have a lot to plan around during these times anyway (our own exams, first-year weeks, start-of-semester events, etc.).

Where is it?

Math:
In the connecting building between the new math and the new computer science directly between the toilets on the first floor and the northern glass facade of the building. The FSI room is roughly under H11, or opposite the entrance door to CIP 1.

Physics:
When standing in the lecture hall foyer in front of lecture hall G, turn around, then go down the stairs twice and then turn directly into the short corridor on the left, then you will be standing in front of our door. The FSI room is roughly under lecture hall F.
